What can one expect?

Treatments with individual clients

  • First time the session takes a bit longer – an hour and a half. We start by getting to know each other. You tell me why you came, the issues you are experiencing (pain, stiffness, stress, fatigue, anxiety, … any other issues – physical, emotional, mental) and would like to resolve them
  • We talk about possible contraindications (implants, recent surgery, heart issues, etc…) you might have in order for me to know how to approach the treatment
  • Then you get comfortable on the bed or the floor, and we start the sound bath with deep breathing and relaxation process, we connect
  • We set the intention for the sound bath, the purpose, seeing the desired outcome
  • We release all thoughts and allow the sound vibrations to spread through our bodies
  • The journey with sounds takes about 45 min, and there are quiet periods during the journey, with a longer period of silence at the end. This is for the sounds to sink in
  • Afterward, we slowly come back to this reality, we wake up, stretch a bit and share our experiences

After the session, it is best to just take it easy, drink plenty of water, take a shower, maybe take a walk, or rest.

Group sound baths

  • Come little earlier to get yourself comfortable
  • We start the sound bath with deep breathing and relaxation process
  • We set the intention for the sound bath, the purpose, seeing the desired outcome
  • We release all thoughts and allow the sound vibrations to spread through our bodies
  • The journey with sounds takes about an hour, and there are quiet periods during the journey, with a longer period of silence at the end. This is for the sounds to sink in
  • Afterwards, we slowly come back to this reality, we wake up, stretch a bit and possibly share our experiences

The sounds you experience can be both pleasant but also unpleasant – and that’s okay, these sounds have their purpose, namely, the purpose of disharmonious sounds is to pull out what is buried, to pick out deep thoughts and feelings that do not belong our natural system, while harmonic sounds nurture us, harmonic vibrations fill empty spaces in our energy fields.

If you have difficulty lying down for a long period, you can turn around or sit, that’s all right!

If you need to go to the bathroom or go out of the session for any reason – that’s okay too.

If you fall asleep, it’s all right – the sounds still work, but in case someone starts snoring, then I will come to you and give you a nudge 😊

If you experience feelings of anxiety, then just try to be with them, breathe with them. This can happen when we release energy. The sound bath happens in a safe place, but if you feel you need support, just raise your hand and I will come! Also, a form of healing response can be that you shake orjerk involuntarily – and that is perfectly okay and a positive sign of healing!

The results of sound therapy may vary; there may be a reduction in the symptoms of a disease,

ill health or pain, but also individual and group experience of peace, acceptance and harmony.

Some of the benefits of sound are that it helps clean and clear energetic blockages – alleviating the physical/mental/emotional symptoms of ailment (pain, stiffness, insomnia, stress, depression), it brings grounding and centring of the energy in the system, helps to increase personal and collective frequencyas well as can take us on an inward journey, leaving usrelaxed, calm and feeling that connection to the Source.

Results of sound therapy depend on our real intentions, see what you want improved in your life – and it should be a positive confirmation(instead of thinking ´I feel no pain in the leg, you may think ´my leg is in balance with the rest of the body,I move my leg freely and lightly´, instead ´I feel no stress´, so you have to think ´I am calm´ – no negations, no ´no´ words / formulations).

After the session it is best to just take it easy, drink plenty of water, take a shower, maybe take a walk, or rest.

Contraindications:

In some cases, the treatment with sounds is allowed in a limited way – playing farther away from the body (implants, heart conditions – pacemaker, stent, arrhythmia, recent surgery, open wounds, inflammations, tumors, vein issues, cancer, sebaceous cysts, weeping eczema, pregnancy…). In such cases, just let me know!

In any case, contraindications apply more to treatments with individuals – then one should avoid playing on the body and in such cases, instruments can be played at a distance from the body.
