SOUND HEALING
On our first session we get to know one another and talk about the healing power of sounds and how they relate to your situation.
I’m going to be answering any questions you might have.
Here is a general outline of what our session will look like: It starts with a guided relaxation process, followed by session with sounds and last part is reserved for reflection. The session is carried out in a quiet, safe and intimate environment.
Please wear loose-fitting and layered clothes for maximum comfort.

EMOTION CODE SESSIONS
On our first session we get to know one another a bit and talk about the emotion code, what it is and what elements it includes.
I’m going to be answering any questions you might have.
Here is a general outline of what our session will look like: We take a moment of silence, where I like to connect with myself and with you, and set intention for best possible outcome, for your greatest good. Then we start identifying trapped emotions that you may carry related to your specific issue, and one by one we release them in a simple and gentle process, using our words and intentions.
The session is carried out in a quiet, safe and intimate environment.

Monday to Friday 10:00 - 18:00
Group sound baths take place on weekends as well.
If you need an appointment outside working hours feel free to contact me and we’ll do our best to schedule a time that suits both of us.
